Koi-nobori (Carp Streamers) are drawn as a special feature of the Edo period in May in the "Suidobashi Surugadai" (Water Bridge), which is one of the 100 famous Edo-period sights by the Edo-period ukiyo-e artist Hiroshige UTAGAWA. The picture was carefully reproduced on a cotton cloth by the traditional Hand-Drawn dyeing technique and made into a folding screen. Even in the present day, the painting style, which uses a single color but is vivid, does not fade at all. Please enjoy the atmosphere of the Edo period in Japan as interior decoration.
